- Our own laboratory monitors the main physico-chemical and microbiological indicators of water every day

- Every year, the water-producing plant passes the Food Safety Management System and receives the DSTU ISO 22000: 2007 (HASSPR) certificate
- Drinking water, bottles, corks have quality certificates

Volume and returns
Non-food products
You can exchange or return non-food (pumps, dispensers, stands, etc.) goods of appropriate quality within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, but provided that the goods have not been used and their appearance, consumer properties, and documents have been preserved.
Return of non-food product of inadequate quality:
If defects are discovered during the established warranty period, the consumer has the right to demand:
- proportional price reduction;
- free elimination of product defects within a reasonable time;
- reimbursement of expenses for elimination of product defects.
If significant defects are discovered that were caused by the fault of the product manufacturer, during the warranty period, the consumer has the right to replace the product or return the money.
A significant defect is considered a defect that makes it impossible or inadmissible to use the product in accordance with its intended purpose, was caused by the fault of the manufacturer, after its elimination is manifested again for reasons independent of the consumer, and at the same time is endowed with at least one of the following signs:
- it cannot be removed at all;
- its removal requires more than fourteen calendar days;
- he makes the product significantly different from what is provided for in the contract.
If the reason for the return or replacement was the improper quality of the product, the costs associated with its return are borne by the store. If the purchased product was of appropriate quality, then the costs associated with its return, as well as the remittance of money, are borne by the buyer.
Food products
According to the Resolution of the CMU of March 19, 1994 No. 172 "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" food products of proper quality are not subject to exchange (return). In the event that the consumer purchases an unsuitable food product, it must be replaced by a food product that is suitable for consumption, or the money paid by the consumer is returned, provided that there is a document confirming the fact of the purchase of the food product.
